Social media activist Verydarkman (VDM) has posted what he claims is the first footage of Nigerian dancer Poco Lee since his release, tagging Burna Boy in the caption.
On September 12, 2026, VDM shared the split-screen clip on Instagram, leading to speculation about Poco Lee’s legal situation.

Verydarkman Shares Poco Lee’s First Footage Since Release
Despite viral claims suggesting that the matter had been resolved, it was confirmed to reporters that the case against Poco Lee, legally known as Iweh Odinaka, is still active.
A Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing (PTPH) is currently ongoing, where issues regarding the defendant’s plea and trial preparations are being discussed.
Conflicting reports have circulated regarding whether Odinaka had been released on bail or remained in custody. Snaresbrook Crown Court had not confirmed his custody status as of the reports.
Odinaka faces a total of five charges, including attempted grape, two counts of grape, and two counts of assault by penetration. The allegations arose during his visit to the UK for the Davido and Friends concert on August 14.
Odinaka has not been convicted of any offense, and the legal proceedings are still ongoing.
