Before we get started, make sure you’ve downloaded Pokémon HOME on your Nintendo Switch. You can also download the app on your iOS or Android device. Once installed, sign in using the same Nintendo Account used for Pokémon Champions, and make sure the application is updated to the latest version.
With that out of the way, follow these steps to link Pokémon HOME to Pokémon Champions:
Open Pokémon HOME and select Pokémon Champions in the bottom-right corner.
The service will automatically search for and display your linked Pokémon Champions account details.
Click Yes to confirm the connection.
Once confirmed, Pokémon HOME will gain access to your collection.
Once both apps are connected, transferring Pokémon is quite easy. After completing the connection process, you’ll see a box on the left side of the screen containing all Pokémon eligible to be sent over.
Choose a few Pokémon you wish to transfer, then press Y to send them on a visit. Wait a few seconds, then launch Pokémon Champions. Go to the Recruit tab and select Collect from Pokémon HOME. Your transferred Pokémon will then be available to add to your in-game roster.
There are a few restrictions you should be aware of. When a Pokémon is visiting, it can’t be transferred from Pokémon HOME to another game, released, or have any markings applied to it. However, you can return the Pokémon to Pokémon HOME whenever you want. Also, you won’t be able to transfer Pokémon that aren’t yet part of the game.

You’ll also save yourself the trouble of grinding for Victory Points, since they’re needed to recruit new Pokémon and give them abilities and items. On top of that, some Mega Evolutions may even come with their corresponding Mega Stones.
