Netero admitted Pitou’s raw power unsettled him. Against Muzan’s whips and regeneration, Pitou brings a healing factor rivaling his own, plus reflexes Muzan has never faced. Pitou earns the last spot purely on ceiling; everyone above simply hits harder.

Against Muzan, unpredictability is the whole plan, since Chrollo could lift techniques from Hunters; Muzan has never once encountered or trained to counter them. 2. Isaac Netero’s Zero Hand Wounded The Chimera Ant King

Muzan has never faced anything born with this level of instinctive mastery over aura, strength, and combat instinct. Losing to poison, not raw power, is the only thing that ever slowed him down. Nothing and no one on this list has ever beaten him.
