As we are about to enter 2026, too many grand films are upon us. With everyone being super excited, we are here with the most searched movies on Google. Not so shockingly, the top ranks have been held by two Marvel Studios films, and the very next entry is again a Disney movie, Toy Story 5. The aforementioned film is in third position on Google’s most searched films, as per Nerdtropolis.
The Tom Hanks-starring animated outing is all set to hit the theatres on June 19, 2026. Bringing in a nostalgic crew, the movie will also star Tim Allen, Ernie Hudson, Joan Cusack, Tony Hale, and others.
Andrew Stanton is associated with the project as its director and writer. New cast members set to star alongside the fabulous names are Anna Faris, Ernie Hudson, Conan O’Brien, and Greta Lee.
In case you don’t know, the upcoming and highly anticipated entry is the sequel to Toy Story 4, which was released back in 2019. Details on the other three entries in the franchise are as follows.

Toy Story 5 Teaser May Have Teased a War Against Technology
A teaser for Toy Story 5 was released back in November this year. Beginning with a simple melody, the small footage offers a glimpse of a package, a simple white box. But what’s wrapped inside is something right out of nightmares of our beloved toys.
As the box is brought into the room to be opened, we see Slinky Dog shiver in fear. Standing beside him is the cute Rex. As they give each other a stare, they know they have something terrible coming.
Next, the teaser depicts the strange fears of Forky and Bonnie, with wiggling eyes shaking, as words escape. We also see Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head standing close to the box that reads “special delivery” in big, red, and bold letters.
The final shot gives us a look at Buzz Lightyear and Woody. What is revealed is just beyond horrors, ready to steal away the peace from the lives of toys. A green frog-shaped tablet is seen greeting its owner, “hi there. My name is Lilypad.”
2026 Movies That Have Already Stolen Hearts of the Audience
With Toy Story 5 being in the third position on Google’s most searched list of movies, the next grand ensemble of Earth’s mightiest heroes, Avengers: Doomsday, is in the first rank. Next is the one and only fourth entry of Spider-Man, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which takes the second position.
After Toy Story 5, the next in line is Scream 7, followed by Supergirl. The following are Cat in the Hat, Master of the Universe, the video game film Street Fighter, and Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, as well as Wuthering Heights.
Masters of the Universe is the latest take on the classic and legendary hero, He-Man. Nicholas Galitzine is set to lead the movie alongside Jared Leto, Alison Brie, Camila Mendes, Idris Elba, and others.
The Odyssey also brings in big names, including Matt Damon and Anne Hathaway, who is coming with a six-movie streak, as well as Tom Holland. Meanwhile, The Wuthering Heights stars Margot Robbie alongside Jacob Elordi.
